Shipping and Returns Policy
All suiting ships Free to the contiguous United States. If you live outside of the United States or require Expedited Shipping please inquire about shipping costs. Items will ship the next business day after the order is placed. Standard 5 day shipping is provided through UPS or FedEx. In most cases orders will arrive in 3 days or less. We ship from New York so times will vary based on shipping location. Tracking number will be provided upon shipment. We currently do not ship to PO boxes.
We are committed to providing the finest quality suiting at wholesale prices. We understand that suits of this quality do require tailoring to fit your body perfectly and that is an additional expense. Most body types will require minimal tailoring with pant length being hemmed. If there is an unusual circumstance that requires substantial additional tailoring we will accommodate a tailoring credit on a case by case basis. Please inquire for more information. We provide 30 Days (from purchase date) hassle-free exchange guarantee. Just let us know which style/size you would exchange to. The exchange will be shipped within 1 business day after receiving the return. Return shipping is not covered.
We’ll gladly take any unsatisfied item back within 30 days from the original order date. Just be sure you have not worn or altered it. Attached tags and original packaging must be included. Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of payment. Promotional, discounted items and large orders items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Step-by-step Return Instruction
Step 1 - Email
Please email email@example.com with your order number and reason of return, our customer services will reply you within 24 hours.
Step 2 - Ship
Please ship the item back to us in its original, unused condition with its original tags attached, hanger, garment bag within 30 days for a refund.
- Refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. All refunds are applied to the original payment method.
- Tomasso Black is not responsible for any return that is lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
Step 3 - Refund
- All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for your account to be credited.
- We reserve the right to refund base on return item condition. We will email you with refund details. A small restocking fee will be applied for packaging and shipping fees incurred. We hope you understand that this is to help cover some of the costs incurred, not to turn a profit.
*Final sale or Discounted items cannot be returned for refund but can be exchanged for free. You might also be eligible for a tailoring credit to make the item fit you perfectly.
