All suiting ships free to the contiguous United States. If you live outside of the United States or require Expedited Shipping please inquire about shipping costs. Standard 5-day shipping is provided through UPS or FedEx. In most cases orders will ship in 3 days or less. We ship from New York so times will vary based on shipping location. Tracking number will be provided upon shipment. We currently do not ship to PO boxes. Orders placed on weekends will be processed Monday - Friday. 


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 30 days from the purchase date and offer free pre-paid shipping for this process. Please email with your order # and what you would like to exchange (specify size/style) and we will email you the shipping label. Once we receive your order, we will send out your new updated order. 


Return Policy

We’ll gladly take any unsatisfied item back within 30 days from the original order date. Just be sure you have not worn or altered it. Attached tags and original packaging must be included. Items may not have stains, wrinkles or damages of any kind. Please return the items properly - folded neatly and in an undamaged box, to ensure that you receive your refund. Please note - we do not pay for return shipping.  Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of payment within 10-15 days upon receipt of your items. There is a $25 re-stocking fee per suit for packaging and shipping fees incurred. This applies to exchange orders as well if all suits are returned and no items are kept. If you send us a tracking number for your return, we can also track the shipment for you.


Please note - tuxedo shirts are final sale and cannot be returned. 


Step-by-step Return Instruction

Step 1 - Email 

Please email with your order number and reason of return and customer service will respond within 24 hours. 


Step 2 - Ship 

Please ship the item back to us in its original, unused condition with its original tags attached, hanger, garment bag within 30 days for a refund.

  • Refund will be processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. All refunds are applied to the original payment method.
  • Tomasso Black is not responsible for any return that is lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Step 3 - Refund

  • All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 10-15 business days for your account to be credited.
  • We reserve the right to refund based on the condition of the returned item. We will email you with refund details. A $25 re-stocking fee will be applied for packaging and shipping fees incurred. We hope you understand that this is to help cover some of the costs incurred, not to turn a profit. 

*Final sale or Discounted items cannot be returned for refund but can be exchanged for free. You might also be eligible for a tailoring credit to make the item fit you perfectly. Tailoring Policy

We are committed to providing the finest quality suiting at wholesale prices. We understand that suits of this quality do require tailoring to fit your body perfectly and that is an additional expense. Most body types will require minimal tailoring besides needing the pant length to be hemmed. If there is an unusual circumstance that requires substantial additional tailoring we will accommodate a tailoring credit on a case by case basisPlease inquire for more information.
